REFUND POLICY

PRINTS

Thank you so much for your purchase! We hope you're pleased with your print. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund.

RETURNS

Your purchase must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, beginning on the day you got the item. The print must be brand new and unused, with its original packaging (and certificate of authenticity if accompanied with).

RETURN PROCESS

Simply contact our customer service at info.subhaanart@gmail.com to return an item. We will send you a shipping label. We will pay or reimburse return shipping costs. Please keep your print in its original packaging. We do not accept returns that are not its original condition or packing.

REFUNDS

We will handle your refund once we have received your return and examined your print's condition. Please give us at least 7 days to handle your return when we receive it. It can take 1-2 working days for refunds to show up. When your return has been processed, we'll send you an email to let you know.

DAMAGED PRINT

We carefully wrap all prints to guard against potential shipping damage. Did your print arrive in a damaged condition?

Please note:

When you receive a damaged print, you have 24 hours to get in touch with us. Please send us images of the damage taken by your camera to info.subhaanart@gmail.com. If you cannot use the original packing due to the damage, we will give you alternative return instructions.
